Return Policy

All items and orders are carefully inspected before being shipped to ensure quality and accuracy. VAHNA will accept exchanges for store credit for the original product price minus a restocking fee. Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis. All merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition and include all tags and packaging in order to qualify for a credit. Once we receive your request, we will issue you a return authorization number and additional return instructions and your package must be postmarked and sent using an insured and trackable shipping method within 5 business days of receiving your return authorization number. Packages sent without a return authorization number will be refused.

**Store Credit Refunds**
- We offer store credit for returns on eligible items. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and in restockable condition in its original packaging.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

**Restocking Fee**
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit refund once the returned product is received undamaged and in restockable condition.
- This fee covers the cost of shipping, processing and preparing the returned item for resale.

**Exemptions**
- Product defects due to manufacturing or craftsmanship issues.
- Limited Run and made to order products, as well as gift cards are not eligible for return.

**Return Process**
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@vahna.com to obtain a Return Merchandise shipping label.
- Print out and include the authorized shipping return email inside of the package you are returning.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your store credit refund will be processed, minus the applicable restocking fee.
