Due to the high cost of international shipping, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on international orders. Only items purchased from vahna.com within 30 days of the date of purchase can be returned or exchanged. The item must be in restock-able / unused condition and the customer needs to provide us with the order documentation. To ensure quick and accurate processing, please email info@vahna.com with a return request and we will then provide you with a USPS shipping label. For returns, credit will be issued back to the card(s) used to purchase the item(s) following the receipt and inspection of the returned item or items. Please allow 7-10 business days from the return processing date.
